Are you an experienced Software Development Apprenticeship coach with a background in supporting apprentices through their Software Development apprenticeships? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!
You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and have at least 12 months of experience in a Software Development Coach or Assessor role or relevant industry experience. Ideally, you will hold a relevant industry qualification.
As a Software Coach, your primary goal will be coaching and developing apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progress. The role requires adapting to different working styles, establishing individual learning needs, and identifying best practices. This role mainly involves one-to-one coaching with apprentices.
