Full-Time Position | £18,200 - £20,100 per annum | Weekly Pay | Tradewind Recruitment
A fantastic opportunity has opened for a motivated and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a Reception class without delay. You'll be working closely with the class teacher and a highly experienced TA, providing essential classroom support from day one. Key Responsibilities
* Provide full-time support within a Reception classroom
* Assist the teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
* Work with individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional needs
* Contribute to a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom setting
* Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
* Take an active role in the wider school community
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a childcare setting
* Background in Nursery or Early Years education is highly desirable
* A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* A genuine interest in supporting young children's development
