We’re seeking fluent Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary and secondary schools in South West Wales.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support student learning and development. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils access the curriculum, provide tailored support, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

🧑🏫 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons
* Promoting a safe, welcoming, and respectful learning space
* Monitoring and supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
* Upholding safeguarding standards and contributing to pupil safety
Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Fluency in Welsh - essential for working in Welsh-medium schools
* A caring and patient approach to supporting young learners
* Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with pupils and staff
* Experience in education or working with children
* Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
* Right to work and reside in the UK
