Role Overview:
As a Partner Relationship manager at Women in Data®, you will play a vital role in driving partner satisfaction by managing relationships with our corporate partners and stakeholders. Your primary role will be to retain, support and grow long-term relationships, aligning our services to their business objectives. We build mutually beneficial partnerships that are crucial to our organisation’s sustainability and mission.
You will work in a consultative style to understand, shape and strategically add value to the mission and objectives of the accounts you serve. You will foster long lasting meaning relationships with a wide array of stakeholders at every level. Value exchange will be centric to all interaction, delivery and outcomes.
You will have a wide opportunity and autonomy to nurture and optimise the existing relationships, developing the services delivered and maximising the return on our partners investments.
Your work will directly contribute to the organisation's mission of empowering women in data, while expanding its reach and influence within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Growth:
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate partners.
* Identify additional partner opportunities, with additional services, programmes and events.
* Ensure partners derive full value from their partnership, driving growth, satisfaction and renewals.
Revenue Generation:
* The brand partnership team will work to monthly, quarterly and annual targets retention targets
* Create customised proposals and presentations that align Women in Data®’s offerings, products and mission.
* Collaborate with the marketing, community and events teams to ensure you can increase the value of partnerships and foster long-term engagements.
Partner Success:
* You will be the main point of contact for your partner portfolio, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience throughout all elements of the partnership.
* Monitor and report on partnership performance, providing feedback to both internal teams and partners for continual development and improvement.
* Proactively address any challenges, open out opportunities and drive tangible measurable outcomes, ensuring high levels of partner retention.
Who are you?
* Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the tech, data or diversity & inclusion industries.
* This role would lend itself well to experience in 360 Recruitment, with exposure in a technical discipline/profession.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familarity with account management tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho)
* Familarity with Word, Powerpoint and Excel
* Passionate about diversity and inclusion, particularly in data, technology and STEM fields.
