Salary: £39,000 - 72,500 per year Requirements: We are looking for proven experience in cyber security analysis, tools, and software. We require hands-on experience supporting and developing L2/L3 network infrastructure. We need experience with Palo Alto firewalls and associated next-generation security services. We require experience with endpoint detection and remediation. We need experience with Qualys Vulnerability Management. We require Aruba Wi-Fi experience. We need experience with L2/L3 switching, ideally Cisco Nexus. We require experience with network load balancing. We need experience supporting third-party penetration testing. We require strong incident management experience. We need knowledge of data security principles and practices. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to support the delivery and maintenance of our cyber security and network infrastructure. We expect you to manage day-to-day security operations, including monitoring SIEM platforms, firewalls, endpoint protection, and threat detection tools. We will ask you to investigate security incidents and vulnerabilities and recommend and implement corrective actions. We need you to maintain and support our network technologies, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, and Layer 2/3 infrastructure. We expect you to contribute to cyber security and infrastructure projects, including the implementation of new security controls and technologies. We will require you to perform patching, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance across security and network environments to minimise risk and downtime. We need you to develop and maintain security policies, operational procedures, technical documentation, and compliance standards. We expect you to support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and readiness activities.
