💷 Pay & Benefits
💰 Weekdays (Mon–Sat): £14.00 per hour
💰 Sundays: £14.42 per hour
⏰ Shift Patterns
We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week:
🌞 Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
🌙 Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🌜 Sleep-in / Waking Nights: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.
✨ Your key responsibilities include:
1. 💧 Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
2. 💊 Medication support (preparation and administration)
3. 🍲 Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
4. 🚶 Mobility and equipment support
5. 🧺 Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
6. 💬 Companionship and emotional support
✨ You’ll also:
7. 🤝 Encourage social engagement and family connections
8. 👀 Monitor health and report any changes
9. 📝 Maintain accurate documentation
10. 🛡️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively

Qualifications
