Finance Business Partner - US Centres

We're looking for two Finance Business Partners to support at least two of our US Centres. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working internationally, building strong partnerships, and providing clear, insightful financial support that helps centres perform at their best.
In this role, you will take ownership of preparing and maintaining budgets and forecasts, as well as producing monthly management accounts that highlight both financial and non-financial performance. Your work will help Centre leadership, Executive Directors, University Partners, and other stakeholders make confident, well-informed decisions.
Day to day, you'll be analysing monthly results and trends, producing weekly cash flow reports, and identifying risks and opportunities that may impact performance. You'll also support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and longer-term financial plans, providing the clarity leaders need to guide their centres. Alongside this, you'll work closely with the accounting team during audits and financial statement preparation, and collaborate with colleagues across Commercial Finance and INTO's head office to help improve systems, processes, and efficiency.
Success in this position is all about strong relationships. You'll be a trusted partner to colleagues across our centres and universities, supporting them with reliable financial insights and guidance. It's a role where attention to detail, problem-solving, and clear communication matter as much as technical financial expertise.
This is a UK-based, fully remote role supporting our US business. Preferred working hours are 11:00-19:00 GMT or 12:00-20:00 GMT to align with colleagues in the US, though alternative shift patterns may be considered. Some occasional travel will be required for team meetings, either in Brighton or another convenient location.
