General Assistant – Seasonal at Braemar | Kitchen & Front of House. Join our team in the heart of Braemar! We’re looking for an enthusiastic General Assistant to support both our Kitchen and Front of House teams at Gordon's Tearoom. This varied role is perfect for someone who loves staying busy, takes pride in high standards, and enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
* Support kitchen operations: dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards
* Assist with taking food and drink orders
* Prepare drink orders
* Serve guests - clear tables after service
* Provide friendly, helpful guest service in the busy cafe
Qualifications
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Great attention to detail and pride in your work
* Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
* An interest in hospitality and guest service
