- Deliver results that meet or exceed the Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, ensuring a service that aids in contract retention.
- Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
Main Duties
Operations
* Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law and Guidance bodies.
* Complete all on-site tasks and duties as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's).
* Review and familiarize oneself with any changes to the Assignment Instructions, suggesting amendments to improve or enhance service.
* Obtain and wear required licenses at all times during duties, including Security Guarding or Door Supervision licenses, CCTV PSS SIA License, and any additional contractual courses.
* Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.
* Follow instructions and procedures appropriately, respecting authority.
* Work systematically and methodically.
Training
* Complete all required competency training satisfactorily.
* Undertake additional training for self-development as directed.
* Utilize technology to meet work objectives and develop professional knowledge.
* Renew licenses 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
* Report any Health & Safety hazards or potential hazards immediately.
* Stay alert to threats or changes in the environment and act accordingly.
* Use common sense and involve others if situations become threatening.
* Maintain professional conduct during challenging situations.
* Document incidents accurately and promptly for reports.
* Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment to Mitie and the client.
* Ensure check calls are performed as stipulated.
* Report incidents to emergency services and Communication Centre.
