This confidential position provides high‑level, proactive, and confidential executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. The role requires exceptional organisational capability, strongmunication skills, and the ability to manageplex diaries,munications, and information flows. The post holder will work closely with members of the senior leadership team to support delivery of strategic organisational objectives. They will act as a key internal and external liaison, maintaining professional relationships on behalf of the CEO. This is a fast‑paced environment requiring discretion, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Your new role
1. Provide aprehensive executive support service to the CEO.
2. Manage all aspects of the CEO’s diary, including coordinating meetings, travel, briefings, and events.
3. Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriatemunication management.
4. Prepare high‑quality documents, reports, and briefing information.
5. Prepare and distribute agendas, papers, and documentation for meetings and working groups.
6. Attend meetings where required, taking accurate minutes and ensuring timely follow‑up of actions and oues.
7. Support strategic projects through research, drafting documents, collating information, and preparing supporting materials.
8. Assist with project planning and tracking key deliverables and milestones.
9. Provide front‑of‑house support for high‑profile visitors, meetings, and events.
10. Liaise with venues and suppliers, ensuring professional standards and smooth delivery.
11. Support the transition towards digital and paperless systems, contributing to improved processes and information management.
12. Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
13. Maintain effective filing and record‑keeping systems (digital and/or physical).
14. Manage iingmunications including calls, emails, and correspondence.
15. Undertake any additional reasonable duties required by the CEO, including occasional out‑of‑hours work.

What you'll need to succeed

20. Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
21. Qualification in Business Administration.

24. Experience producing accurate minutes and action logs for senior‑level meetings.
