The Role:
The company are looking to expand their Marketing and IT department due to continued growth, and to join the expanding team.
This opportunity requires a talented and driven person to:
* Help look after and oversee the maintenance and development of the Internal CRM systems (Salesforce & Sage), working alongside our current Department staff and external I.T solutions company when required.
* This opportunity would require maintaining the ongoing running of the systems used, Social Media, Website, as well as working alongside other Departments as/when needed for any reporting tools needed for data management and insights to improve Marketing/Sales strategies.
* As well as maintaining website performance, and help creating content for Website and Social Media platforms.
The Candidate:
* Salesforce experience is essential, with a in-depth knowledge and reporting tools.
* Sage CRM system an advantage but not essential.
* SEO/SEM and coding an advantage but not essential.
* Good time management.
* The right candidate will be comfortable in high-pressure situations and able to work towards deadlines.
* Marketing and social media an advantage.
* Strong communication skills.
Candidates preferred to be local to Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge and surrounding areas.
