This role is based at St Georges Nursing Home, an Allegra Care Home, in Weston super-Mare. We celebrate life and our activities programme is an integral part of our care philosophy.
This is a hands-on role working closely with our care team, residents, relatives/friends, and the community to provide the best quality activities to help maintain both physical and mental health while providing opportunities to develop new interests and maintain current interests. The role is for 16 hours a week with an agreed schedule over seven days, including weekends. We are paying £14.18 per hour and require you to be flexible, possibly when a special event is planned, and it is all hands on deck!

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the care team, residents, relatives/friends, and the community to provide high-quality activities.
* Help design annual activities plans and enthuse the home and community to get involved and share stories about life in the home.
Qualifications
* You will have experience in a similar role; you are a people person and you\'re very good at organising.
* You will be a great communicator with solid IT skills and a good planner with an eye for detail.
* You must be able to work in the UK without needing sponsorship.
* Sponsorship, or transfer of sponsorship, is not available for this role.
