2. Salary: ÂŁ36,522 to ÂŁ46,492 pro rata | ÂŁ21,913 to ÂŁ27,894 actual salary per annum for an exceptional candidate. This includes a 10% recruitment incentive

As a Construction Lecturer at Castleford College, you will get to teach in our brand-new, state-of-the-art construction facility.
The Lagentium Building - named after the Roman fort in Castleford - features modern digital classrooms and an open practical workshop designed to mirror real construction environments.
You’ll have everything you need to deliver high-quality teaching and help shape the next generation of skilled construction professionals.
⚡ What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lecturer, you’ll work hands-on with entry-level students, guiding them through practical training and inspiring them to reach their full potential. Your real-life experience and enthusiasm for the trade will help bring the subject to life in the workshop and the classroom.
⚡ About you must:
4. hold GCSE A*- C / 9 – 4 or Level 2 equivalent in English and Maths
5. have an interest in supporting students within an educational environment.
6. be qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
7. have excellent communication and organisational skills
