Senior People Partner, with a growing and innovative Fintech Scale-up
Location: London (3 days in office per week, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £80,000
Hawkwood are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and exciting Fintech scale-up who are streamlining international money transfers. Our client are looking to bring in a Senior People Partner who will be instrumental in supporting their European employee headcount. 👥
We’re looking for someone who’s got strong Business Partnering experience - preferably in a Fintech or high-growth tech company - with a track record of managing ER caseload both in the UK and internationally. You’ll report directly into the Global Head of HR Business Partnering, and take ownership of key business initiatives using a data-driven approach. You’ll also lead in creating and delivering L&D materials to equip employees with the tools for success and help foster a high-performance culture. This is a super exciting opportunity for a Senior People Partner to play a key role in crafting their business partnering strategy that will enable the organisation to continue growing. 🏆
What are some of the things you can expect to be doing?
✅ Take ownership of the end-to-end Employee Relations process, partnering closely with managers and employees to promote a high performance workplace
✅ Build robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business, and partner with them to provide a world-class People experience
✅ Get stuck in creating and delivering L&D materials to ensure the continued success of employees
✅ Take a data-driven approach to people, employing commercial acumen to inform business decisions
✅ Support the businesses international offices across Europe, and partner with stakeholders to drive success
You will be a good fit if you have:
💥 ~2-3 years HR Business Partnering experience, preferably within a comparable company/industry
