Our client, a well‑established and leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Client Administrator to join their team on a full‑time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with departments within the business and external clients and third parties.
* Act as the first point of contact for any client queries or questions, redirecting where necessary.
* Ensure timelines and timescales are adhered to as closely as possible.
* Liaise with third parties such as Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents, along with other departments within the business.
* Manage diary systems.
* Complete application forms and write letters.
* Manage the email inbox.
* Deal with any documentation or processing required.
* Complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
* Manage client accounts.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year’s previous experience in a similar administration / customer service role.
* Experience in the Insurance, Mortgage, Property or Financial Services sectors is preferred.
* Previous experience in an Administrative or Customer Service‑related role would be highly advantageous.
As a Client Administrator you will receive plenty of training with the opportunity to progress in the role whilst getting your foot in the door of the financial industry.
