As an Executive Search summer intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about our company, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team, and you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the programme through on-the job and structured learning sessions. You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern programme in other international offices. This is a hybrid Internship programme and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to get to the London office at least three days’ a week. If you do well, you may be offered an opportunity to join our 2027 graduate programme. To be eligible for the Korn Ferry Internship: You must be in your penultimate year of study and likely to graduate with a 2:1 or better in 2027. You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
