Overview
Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of an established main construction contractor in the Hull area. This company works as principal contractor on projects including: Industrial, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Extra Care and Leisure.
Responsibilities
* Preparing daily and weekly progress reports, variation reports for the scheme
* Chairing weekly internal meetings, and client progress meetings
* Producing monthly reporting in line with contract requirements including commercial reports
Experience / Qualifications
* Must have proven experience working as Project Manager on construction projects (£5m+).
* Must have: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Remuneration
On offer is a salary of up to £70,000 (DOE) plus package.
