Kitchen Sales Designer Role
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will support our Trade customers by turning their clients' dream kitchens into reality. Meeting end users in their homes, you will listen to their vision, understand their needs, and offer expert advice. You will plan and design inspirational kitchens that exceed expectations for both design and utility. You will also negotiate confidently with Trade customers while promoting the integrity and value of our designs and products.
Skills and Attributes Needed:
* Thrives in fast-paced environments
* Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
* Curious learner
* Full UK Driving license
* Access to your own vehicle
* Previous experience with CAD design is preferred but not essential
We offer comprehensive training via our Howdens Academy, covering kitchen measuring, compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales skills. No prior industry experience is necessary; enthusiasm and energy to deliver excellent customer experiences are key.
