The Opportunity
Lead on know-how, precedents and training for the funds team, supporting lawyers on private equity, credit and real assets work. Play a key role in tracking legal and regulatory developments, contributing to thought leadership and improving efficiency across the team. Close interaction with partners and fee earners, in relation to clients, deals and internal standards and procedures, with visibility across a broad range of fund structures and strategies.
Requirements
6+ PQE lawyer with strong private funds experience from a leading firm. Prior PSL experience helpful but not essential. Must have been operating at at least Senior Associate level.
Strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting skills and an interest in knowledge development, training and strategy. Organised, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders.
