Welfare Benefits Administrator and Case Support Worker
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Salary: £11,466
Terms: Funded to July 2026 with and aiming to secure future funding.

Swansea Foodbank is recruiting a Welfare Benefits Administrator and Case Support Worker to assist their Financial Inclusion Welfare Benefits advice caseworkers.
The role involves providing administrative support, managing appointments and dealing with time sensitive documentation. You will be a front of house point of contact, manage and report on referrals, and signpost and work with foodbank clients to help them claim their full benefit entitlement and additional discretionary grants.
