Job Overview
This is a highly targeted, sales-focused position. Like all sales roles, it requires hard work and can be challenging. However, with motivation and focus, it can also be one of the most highly rewarded roles at Homebase.
Responsibilities
1. Offer customers exceptional service by selling kitchens, bathrooms, or bedrooms from our ranges.
2. Follow up on leads by calling customers, arranging appointments, producing quotes, and conducting home visits.
3. Use creativity and expert selling skills to help customers find the best room solutions for their homes.
4. Work with support from store managers, divisional sales managers, and L&D teams for training and guidance.
5. Take responsibility for your desk's performance.
What We Are Looking For
* Sales Experts: Proven closers who can build strong customer relationships and sell the best products.
* Confidence: Comfortable making calls to new contacts and booking appointments.
* Creativity: Ability to use interior design flair and CAD tools to create appealing designs.
* Self-Motivated: Driven to succeed and put in effort to achieve results.
