Job Description
The reception and sales associate’s role is to drive sales by improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service and communication. The reception and sales associate will support the salon leader and desk team in ensuring all processes and service standards are followed at all times. Duties include all front end client relations, sales, following inventory processes and general cleanliness of our salon.
Skills and Qualifications
* Flexible schedule.
* Effective time management and communication skills.
* Strong interest in beauty and fashion.
* Retail or salon experience an asset.
* Competent with computers, email, and Excel.
