Job Title: Senior Financial Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to lead our Record-to-Report team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and providing effective accounting, consolidation, closing, intercompany, reporting, and other related services in line with relevant accounting standards and GAAP requirements.
About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to lead the Record-To-Report (RTR) team and manage all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and provide expert advice on financial matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale financial projects. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the RTR team and manage all aspects of financial management
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Provide expert advice on financial matters to stakeholders at all levels
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in finance and accounting, preferably with a professional qualification such as ACA or ACCA
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in leading large-scale financial projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Experience working with financial systems and ERP software, preferably S/4 HANA
