Waking Night Support Worker (Female)
Salary: £12.55 per hour
Job Type and Hours: The job is full time and will consist of 33.25 hours per week on a shift basis. This role includes working weekends.
This role requires a female worker as a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
Waking Night Support Worker for The Porthouse (Worcester Park)

Requirements: Waking Night Support Worker
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Relevant experience working in a supportive role
* Willing to undertake personal care
* Confident working with challenging behaviour
* A genuine interest in delivering high-quality person-centred care
Desirable: Waking Night Support Worker
* Level 3 Health and Social Care
* Experience in specialist care for people with autism, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds
* Familiar with waking night duties
Responsibilities: Waking Night Support Worker
* Providing quality and consistent care to help meet the social, emotional, and behavioural needs of residents
* Supporting the independence, interests, health, and wellbeing of young adults
* Promoting the safety, welfare, and protection of the young adults we care for at all times
