About the Role
As a
Process Lead
, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by building the team's technical mastery, leading process control systems, and enabling data-driven decision making. You will be the owner of key Daily Management Systems (DMS) – including Centerline, Changeover, and Change Management – ensuring standardization, loss elimination, and continuous improvement.
This is a
graduate-entry leadership role
designed for individuals passionate about manufacturing, process optimization, and problem-solving. You'll spend most of your time on the production floor, coaching teams, troubleshooting issues, and applying lean tools to deliver real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Management Systems (DMS)
* Own and sustain the
Centerline Management System
: set targets, validate standards, lead audits, and train operators.
* Lead the
Changeover DMS
: define standards, coach teams, and drive rapid improvement events.
* Manage
Change Management processes
: conduct benchmarking, validation, and share best practices across sites.
Loss Elimination & Analytics
* Analyze operational data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities.
* Create and maintain
loss trees
and use reliability engineering tools to prevent reoccurrence.
* Ensure integrity of the
Operations Event Data System (LEDS)
and report results daily.
Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
* Lead root cause problem-solving for chronic losses.
* Coach teams in structured methodologies such as
5 Whys, 6W2H, and Unified Problem Solving
.
* Apply lean tools to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize efficiency.
Leadership & Collaboration
* Act as a role model of
self-leadership, initiative, and change management
.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Planning, Engineering, Quality, etc.) to achieve production goals.
* Step in as Line Lead when required.
What We're Looking For
Education/Background
* Recent graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
* Entry-level candidates welcome – training will be provided.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret operational data.
* Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(intermediate level or higher).
* Excellent communication & collaboration skills; ability to present to small groups.
* Basic problem-solving knowledge (structured methods a plus).
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to drive continuous improvement.
