About The Role
The Health & Wellbeing Consultant will work within the Sales Team to deliver and exceed new business sales and income targets while managing and growing an existing portfolio of organizations with 50 or fewer employees.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed targeted sales revenue within a designated geography through data, referrals, own leads, and business inquiries. Manage any expansion/reactive territory accordingly.
* Manage existing and inherited client portfolios, ensuring revenue retention, renewals, sustainability, and profitability.
* Maximize value of existing portfolios through organic growth, cross-sales, and upgrades. Maintain up-to-date account plans.
* Provide referrals to SME sales colleagues for opportunities with 51+ employees and to corporate sales for opportunities with 200+ employees. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Propositions, and Underwriting teams, utilizing all available tools and insights.
* Meet or exceed activity and performance targets. Complete accurate and timely reporting in systems like SCMS, Fulcircle, and HubSpot.
Working Effectively
* Attend team meetings and contribute positively
* Share best practices and ideas
* Complete minimum training requirements under the Insurance Distribution Directive
* Prepare thoroughly for all 1-1 meetings, including performance review and support needed
* Perform other duties as reasonably requested
About You
Education and Qualifications
* Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above or equivalent
* Degree or similar level of education
Experience
* Experience in financial services and/or health and wellbeing sectors
* Experience presenting solutions to groups
* Experience with CRM systems
Skills
* Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
* Strong communication skills (oral and written)
* Ability to work independently, generate opportunities, and follow through
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
* Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
* Accountability for personal performance and development
* Self-motivated, energetic, passionate about excellence and innovation
* IT skills including MS Office, remote platforms, and social media
