Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to guide their team towards achieving sales and KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in efficiently managing all store operations to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
* Setting clear sales goals, monitoring performance, and refining processes to promote continuous growth.
* Fostering a positive team culture through recruitment, training, and ongoing development of staff.
* Building a motivated, high-performing team to drive store success.
* Analyzing sales data and financial reports to make informed decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager, identifying operational and commercial opportunities.
Role Objectives and KPIs
* Supporting the Store Manager in ensuring high customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
* Driving store sales through effective merchandising, stock management, and team motivation.
* Monitoring key performance indicators such as Sales, Conversion Rate, Units Sold, etc.
* Assisting in optimizing financial performance by managing costs, including audit compliance and wages.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to enhance performance and engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in implementing and refining store operational processes to maximize efficiency and KPI results.
* Passion and confidence in leading and supporting team development and career growth.
* Ability to interpret financial reports and react commercially to support sales growth.
