Offer description

We have an excellent contract opportunity for a digital media manager responsible for managing our client’s always-on display and social media strategy, working with our client’s media and DCO agencies to deliver a test and learn roadmap that delivers incremental performance for our client.
Contract duration – 3 months (possible extension)Location – Waterside (UB7 0GB) & London Bridge Hybrid – 3 days per week
Accountabilities
1. Manage client’s always-on display and social media investment with a focus on driving incremental performance uplift.
2. Work with our client’s Campaigns andmercial Planning teams to ensure display and social channels deliver keymercial priorities.
3. Work with the media and DCO agencies to deliver a digital Test & Learn framework, utilising Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO)
4. Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities across creative and media levers
5. Work with the client’s Capability Manager to develop a reporting platform to measure digital performance and support weekly reporting, insight and optimisation decisions
6. Be the principal admin for digital activation and reporting platforms (Google DV360 and CM360)
7. Support measurement and analytics stakeholders with digital media data requirements where required
8. Work with Capability Manager and the Digital Product team to rmend and support on-site tagging requirements.
9. Manage approved and blocked site lists and monitor brand safety and inventory quality across display and paid social
10. Manage the Digital Performance Evaluation Framework (DPEF) to agree looks and CPLk goals and track them over time.
Skills / capabilities
11. A performance mindset – constantly striving to improve performance
12. Be passionate about digital and data
13. Understanding the role of digital display and social media in driving brand and purchase consideration
14. A deep understanding of Google DV360 and CM360 platforms
15. A proven ability to derive insight from data and make optimisation rmendations accordingly
16. A strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem including success metrics and KPIs
17. Able to work collaboratively within a matrix organisation
18. Confident at presenting insights and rmendations with convictions to a wide range of stakeholders.
Qualifications / experience
19. 5+ years agency/client-side experience planning and implementing programmatic and paid social media strategies
20. Experience managing DCO campaigns
21. Experience with: Meta, Google (YouTube, not Search), Display advertising, TikTok (beneficial)
22. Experience of managing different markets like the US, UK & India.
