Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Graduate and Non-Graduate Site Engineers, based in Chester. The role involves conducting on-site geotechnical/ geoenvironmental site investigations, ensuring quality control standards are maintained, preparing detailed site reports, and collaborating with engineers on civil and structural engineering projects. Candidates will also engage in effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
* Practical on-site experience and the ability to perform geotechnical activities efficiently/ eagerness to learn for Grads.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and clients effectively
* Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in field and office environments
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
* A degree in BSc in Geology or equivilent for graduates, while hands-on experience is valued for non-graduates
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours in varying weather conditions
