Role: Sales/Business Development Director
Location: South Yorkshire/Nationwide
Salary: £85K/£95K + Package & Commission
The Sales Director is a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for leading the commercial and client-facing functions of the business, including account management, business development, customer service, and design.
The Sales Director will drive strategic relationships, develop new business opportunities, and oversee the sales handover process to operations to secure profitable fit-out projects. The role is pivotal in aligning sales with the company's commercial objectives, customer expectations, and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Direction
* Partner with the Group Managing Director and senior leadership team on strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development.
* Develop and implement the company's overall sales strategy to deliver the company's growth, profitability and strategic goals.
* Translate the business strategy into clear sales, estimating, design and customer services objectives, performance targets (KPIs), and resource plans.
* Monitor and evaluate sales risks and implement mitigation measures.
