 
        
        Level 6 Digital & Technology Solutions – Technology Management (Apprenticeship)
Unilever is seeking enthusiastic degree apprentices to join our UniOps technology management pathway. The apprenticeship will run for four years, providing blended learning with Exeter University and practical experience across Unilever’s global technology landscape.
About the Role
You will work with technology partners such as Microsoft, Amazon, and SAP to drive the delivery of global programmes and collaborate with niche technology start‑ups. The programme will develop your project‑management, business‑engagement, and data‑analysis skills while you complete your degree.
Responsibilities
 * Plan and manage projects, including internal and external core services to support Unilever business units.
 * Engage with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Analyse data to support decision‑making and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations on technology initiatives.
 * Coordinate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
 * Participate in client‑facing meetings, workshops, and conference calls to maintain project alignment.
Qualifications
 * Engaged in a degree programme at a recognised university.
 * Positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
 * Basic understanding of technology and an eagerness to learn Excel, PowerPoint and data‑analysis tools.
 * Keenness to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
 * Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English Language and Maths grade 4 or above).
 * Predicted 3 A-levels at grade BBB or equivalent BTEC DDM.

Location & Working Arrangement
The apprenticeship is hybrid with at least 2 days a week required at either London Blackfriars or Port Sunlight (Wirral). Full‑time participation is expected, with a blended schedule of on‑site and remote work.
