Nexus Resource Solutions are working with a well-established fabrication and pipe work company who require Semi-Skilled Operatives to work in their workshop with some potential site work. This will be between 3-6 months, possibly longer. There’s also opportunities for permanent positions too. We’re looking for candidates who have worked in a fabrication or industrial setting. You’ll be cutting pipe on various machines, it’s a matter of setting and operating and measuring. Also using hand tools to grind, drill and prep pipe and plate. Requirements: * Operatives should ideally have previous experience using grinding equipment * Experience using band saws, bevelling machines would be advantageous * Labouring on site and assisting tradesmen * Flexible, hardworking and reliable * Previous engineering or fabrication experience essential Rates/Hours: * £18ph basic CIS * £25ph after 8hrs CIS * £14ph PAYE * OT1 is x1.4 * LTD/CIS/UMB * 39hr week * There should be overtime available * 3-6 months Nexus Resource Solutions LTD is acting as an employment business and an employment agency.
