This is your opportunity to represent Waypoint Bank’s long-standing tradition of community banking by assisting customers with their everyday financial needs and helping make their banking experience positive and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Transactions
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service while processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions.
Cash Handling and Accuracy
Balance your cash drawer daily, maintain security standards, and follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Account Support and Education
Assist customers with account inquiries, explain bank products and services, and direct them to the appropriate team members for additional support.
Work closely with fellow tellers and branch staff to support daily operations, customer needs, and community events.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous banking or cash-handling experience preferred (but not required)
