Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Preparing prosecution cases on complex matters, including appeals, with professionalism and timeliness.
* Collaborating and managing relationships with stakeholders such as defence counsel, solicitors, police, victims, and witnesses to maintain clear, respectful communication.
* Advocating in court for appeals, sentences, committal hearings, and bail applications across the Magistrates, District, or higher courts.
* Engaging with complainants and relatives, particularly in cases involving sexual or violent offences, with sensitivity and compassion.
* Leading and mentoring legal officers and support staff, inspiring high standards and professional growth.
* Identifying opportunities to improve work practices and streamline processes.

Mandatory Requirements
Admission as a Legal Practitioner in a State or Territory of Australia (please provide your admission date).
