About the role
We are looking for an Exam Manager to join Tile Cross Academy, part of Washwood Heath MAT, to lead and manage the examinations process in a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the school’s examinations, including GCSEs, A-Levels, and vocational qualifications.
* Ensure compliance with awarding body regulations such as JCQ and other examination board regulations.
* Manage exam entries, amendments, and withdrawals.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of invigilators.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure the secure storage of examination papers.
* Process and distribute exam results and assist in data analysis.
* Support students with access arrangements in collaboration with the SENCO.
