We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project / Quantity Surveyor to join our highly regarded London & East division, We deliver projects between £10m -£100 million across multiple sectors such including MOD, healthcare, blue light and education so no two projects are the same!
As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of commercial delivery across various projects from feasibility to completion. You will need strong contractual knowledge to provide commercial control of work packages throughout the project lifecycle whilst reporting accurately.

Essential Criteria
Self-sufficient in managing projects from preconstruction through to delivery
Ability to control costs, prevent scope creep, and manage risk across all packages
Strong understanding of contractual requirements and compliance.
Experience with client invoicing, contract cost reporting, procurement, and supply chain management.
Strong reporting skills, including Cost/Value reporting, cost-to-complete analysis and external financial forecasting.
Experience with NEC and JCT contracts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Bluebeam (or similar measurement tools)
Proven procurement and subcontractor management experience.
History of being confident and comfortable in a customer-facing surveying role.
Previous team leadership experience.Desirable Criteria
Degree in Construction or a related field.
