Randstad Education is currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants for various roles across North Wales. Opportunities range from flexible day-to-day supply to long-term posts. Experience working with children is essential; a strong knowledge of ALN is desirable.

Responsibilities
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support during lessons
* Assist the class teacher with tasks such as setting up the classroom
* Support pupils with ALN and develop strategies to meet their needs
* Liaise with teachers and relevant professionals about pupil progress
* Provide additional support during lunch and break duties as needed
* Report safeguarding concerns to the ALNCo
Requirements
* Previous experience in education or a similar role
* Experience working with ALN
* Level 2/3 Childcare qualification (desirable)
* Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* EWC registration (or willingness to obtain)
* Welsh speaker (desirable)
