Job Details

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8pm, with a salary of £24,055.

You will need to attend training at our Welwyn Garden City office (AL7 1EL) for the first 3 months.

We are seeking advisors to handle contacts from customers using “The Payment Exception Service,” which helps individuals without a bank account collect benefit or pension payments from the DWP.

Our Contact Centre is based at our head office in Welwyn Garden City.

What will you be doing?

You will listen, empathize, and find solutions to customer issues daily, managing queries via email, calls, and audio messages.

We seek individuals with the right skills and dedication to assist consumers in accessing their DWP payments, especially those who are vulnerable. If you are empathetic, compassionate, and eager to make a real difference, you will find this role rewarding.

The role is fast-paced, requiring driven, focused, and resilient individuals who want to succeed.

Advancement within the Contact Centre (Senior Retail Service Advisers, Team Leaders) or into Retail Operations, Parcels, Retail Collections, IT, junior finance, or administrative roles.
