The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8pm, with a salary of £24,055.
You will need to attend training at our Welwyn Garden City office (AL7 1EL) for the first 3 months.

What will you be doing?
You will listen, empathize, and find solutions to customer issues daily, managing queries via email, calls, and audio messages.
We seek individuals with the right skills and dedication to assist consumers in accessing their DWP payments, especially those who are vulnerable. If you are empathetic, compassionate, and eager to make a real difference, you will find this role rewarding.
