We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Automotive OEM Sales & Operations Manager to lead dealer network growth, field sales execution, and strategic operations for a rapidly expanding automotive OEM in the UK. This is a hybrid role, ideal for a driven professional with deep experience in OEM sales, franchise dealer management, and B2B relationship development.
Dealer Network Development: Identify, onboard, and manage franchise dealerships to drive brand presence and market share.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement field sales plans that meet and exceed revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong partnerships with key dealership stakeholders, including General Managers and Parts & Service Managers.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and dealership performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Training & Support: Provide coaching and training to dealership teams on product knowledge, sales processes, and compliance standards.
Performance Monitoring: Track key sales KPIs, manage pipeline data, and deliver regular progress reports to senior leadership.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive OEM sales, dealership management, or field sales.
Hands-on experience working with automotive franchise dealers in sales, parts, and service operations.
Proven ability to manage territory sales, prospecting, and closing B2B deals within the automotive sector.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms.
Flexibility to travel 50-70% of the time within the assigned territory.
