Are you an ambitious Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury and Industrial Disease claims? Join a highly regarded, Chambers-ranked law firm based in central Reading, known nationally for its expertise in Claimant PI, Asbestos-related disease and Mesothelioma litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle initial enquiries from new clients with professionalism and empathy
* Support senior fee earners with complex PI and asbestos/mesothelioma claims
* Draft legal correspondence and documents, including court forms and care statements
* Prepare court bundles for hearings and trials
* Conduct in-depth legal and company research (eg on historical defendants)
* Assist with drafting Part 8 proceedings and applications to restore companies to the register
* Manage digital files and correspondence using iManage, Elite, MatterSphere, PDF Docs, Microsoft Teams and Outlook 365
* Contribute to team marketing efforts, including managing social media, writing legal articles and attending charity/industry events
* Perform general administrative support across ongoing case files
* Maintain up-to-date case and file management records
✅ Your Profile:
* Previous Claimant-side Personal Injury experience (essential)
* Familiarity with industrial disease litigation (desirable)
* Excellent drafting and communication skills
* Organised, with strong attention to detail and file management discipline
* Confident in speaking with clients and external stakeholders
* Good working knowledge of legal software systems and Microsoft Office
* Motivated to learn and progress in a niche, rewarding legal field
