The ideal applicant will have proven experience in a software development environment. Experience working in an Agile environment is essential. I seek someone with experience using MS TFS / DevOps Server as the primary project management tool. A strong technical understanding is required, preferably with a background in development, QA, or as a business analyst. Experience in .Net and/or C++ based development projects is highly desirable. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. I expect you to enhance communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including creative designers, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders. Proactively identifying and eliminating impediments to the team’s progress will be a key part of your role. You will track and report team velocity and sprint/release progress to ensure transparency across the organization.
