Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year Requirements: Experience of engineering / solution design / implementation of a UC or Contact Centre Solution. Proven experience automating Amazon Connect or similar deployments. Strong knowledge of AWS services, in particular Lambda, DynamoDB, SES, SQS and S3. Demonstrable experience of solution design & implementing technology, preferably. Strong technical skills and the ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication and listening skills. Responsibilities: Owning the implementation of Amazon Connect for clients. Building best-practice customer contact centres in Amazon Connect. Effective Contact Routing in Amazon Connect, including flows, queues, and routing profiles. Reporting & MI. Developing chat and voice bots, with working knowledge of AI experiences. Designing conversational UX (user experience) flows for chat experiences. Working as a part of project delivery teams across multiple customer projects simultaneously. Collaborating with our software engineers to define requirements and test new features. Assisting the SmartAgent Product Team in shaping and delivering new features and services. Engaging with external clients and collaborating with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and internal Support. Being adaptable to client needs.
