Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage order changes using Date Change Reports, ensuring timely communication across teams.
* Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure prompt deliveries
* Oversee consignment stock movements within the warehouse
* Collaborate with the warehouse and Customer Experience teams to resolve undelivered orders
* Track uncollected customer collections and provide timely updates
* Support the Stock and Planning Manager with print scheduling and capacity planning
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in order fulfilment, sales order processing, or operational administration
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
* Proficient in ERP/order management systems and Microsoft Excel
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and hands onwith warehouse, sales, and logistics teams
