We are recruiting for a Junior ICT Project Manager to join our PMO team. Reporting into our Head of PMO, this role will be supporting ICT projects across VolkerWessels UK, ensuring successful implementation of digital solutions, infrastructure, and technology-driven workflows. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver innovative ICT initiatives that improve efficiency and project management in construction environments. About Our Role Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT projects related to construction. Coordinate with project teams to implement software solutions for project management, BIM (Building Information Modelling), and digital construction tools. Support the integration of ICT systems, including cloud solutions and infrastructure management. Track project progress, report on milestones, and identify risks. Help ensure compliance with IT security standards and industry regulations. Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and network-related needs. Provide end-user training and technical support on new ICT systems. About You Required Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of ICT systems used in construction (e.g., BIM, ERP systems, project management software). Strong organisational and communication skills. Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. Experience in project coordination or ICT implementation. Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Desirable Skills Experience working with construction software. Familiarity with Agile or PRINCE2 project management methodologies. Certification in IT project management (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2). Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards in construction.
