The Teaching Assistant – Maidenhead role focuses on supporting pupils with communication difficulties, sensory regulation, and emotional needs through structured classroom support. You will gain practical experience within Education and Training, working closely with experienced SEN staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Supporting pupils with Autism in class
2. Providing 1:1 and small group support
3. Assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation
4. Working collaboratively with SEN teachers and therapists
Essential Skills / Experience:
5. Experience working with children with SEN or Autism
6. Patient, proactive, and empathetic approach
7. Strong communication skills
8. Understanding of safeguarding procedures
