🔎 About the Role:
Calnex are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to lead our EMEA Sales team. You will drive regional growth, develop key customer and partner relationships, and manage a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative technology to global markets.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and grow EMEA sales and channel performance
✔ Develop regional strategies to expand market share
✔ Manage and support a high-performing team across EMEA
✔ Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and customers
✔ Ensure data-driven forecasting and CRM best practices
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally across global teams
✔ Represent Calnex with integrity and energy
💼 What You Bring:
✅ 10+ years in senior sales or business development roles in EMEA
✅ Proven channel partner leadership and forecasting expertise
✅ Strong communication, people management, and collaboration skills
✅ Experience in B2B tech (telecoms, data centres, cloud) preferred
