Responsibilities
* Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Annual Physical Health Service Team.
* Coordinate appointment bookings across community teams within the allocated locality.
* Project the professional image of the business through excellent customer care in all activities.
* Adopt a constantly flexible approach to support the team objectives in meeting targets efficiently within given timescales.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Ensure that administrative systems and processes are followed to enable increased efficiency and meet Trust targets.
