Junior Systems Engineer (PLC/SCADA/HMI) Stafford (Hybrid) We are currently recruiting for a Junior Software Engineer role delivering PLC/SCADA/HMI control system software across client projects, supporting the full lifecycle from requirements and design through commissioning and handover. As Systems Engineer, you will be involved in; Develop and test PLC, SCADA and HMI software to meet project requirements. Produce supporting technical documentation and contribute to tender/estimate inputs. Work with multi-discipline teams and liaise with clients/contractors as needed. Support commissioning activities and handover deliverables. Report progress, risks and quality/EH&S compliance to the Software Systems Manager. What we are looking for; HNC (or higher) in an engineering discipline and 1 years experience in a project environment. Hands-on experience with industrial automation software (PLC, HMI, SCADA). Comfortable working to quality and safety standards in regulated environments. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Security/eligibility: able to pass DBS/BPSS and obtain SC clearance Benefits/Salary – circa £30,000 - £35,000 plus Hybrid working (Stafford-based).
