Job Description
3. Respond to customer enquiries via phone & email.
4. Provide accurate information and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
5. Scheduling customer works with engineers & sub-contractors.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
8. Handle complaints professionally, ensuring they are escalated when required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
9. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre setting.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Proficiency in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
12. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
14. Familiarity with using customer service software and systems.
15. A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
