Qualifications
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and a warm, engaging telephone manner.
* Strong ability to build rapport and confidently explain all product options within The Celtic Collection.
* Positive attitude, keen eye for detail, and IT literacy (experience with Opera is a plus).
* Talent for multitasking, balancing professionalism with a sense of fun.
* Proven experience in a similar sales or hospitality role.
